Delivery & Shipping
At Boelou, we process every order with love and care because we want nothing more than for you and your pet to enjoy it as soon as possible. Below, you can clearly see how our delivery times and shipping work, so you know exactly what to expect.

Delivery times
Ordering today? We will process and ship your order no later than the following day. Delivery then takes an average of around 4 business days, although this can range from 3 to 8 business days depending on your location. We do our utmost to get everything to your home as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs
We deliver your order free of charge from €50. If your order is under €50, we ask for a small contribution toward shipping. You will see the exact amount clearly during checkout, so there are no surprises afterward.

Shipping process
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a tracking code. This allows you to easily follow where your package is and count down until it arrives at your doorstep.
